Flex Force

I designed a logo for Flex Force, a brand created to offer Compass Group employees a new, easy way to request and manage temporary labor. Designed for flexibility, it lets users browse, book, and manage work opportunities. Along with the logo, I created brand guidelines to ensure consistency in how the brand is presented.

The Flex Force logo features a sleek, contemporary typeface that ensures clarity and legibility. The “x” is transformed into an abstract human figure—its dynamic posture visually embodying the user’s autonomy in managing their own schedule. This unique element reinforces the brand’s core promise of empowering individuals with control and fluidity in their work lives.
